In accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance on the Implementation of the Vocational College Teacher Quality Improvement Plan (2021-2025) and the Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education on the Implementation of the 2025 Special Post Plan for Vocational College Industry Mentors (Teams), and following a rigorous process of independent application, qualification review, and expert uation, the Shenzhen Cell Valley team has been successfully selected as an Industry Mentor Team for Guangdong Provincial Vocational Colleges in 2025.

The Shenzhen Cell Valley mentor team is composed of Chairman Professor Shi Yuanyuan, Chief Scientist Professor Wang Jianxun, Head of R&D Dr. Zhao Lijun, and Assistant to the Chairman Dr. Fu Yuchen. They work in close collaboration with Professor Zhang Lijun from the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Engineering at Shenzhen Polytechnic University, jointly dedicating themselves to the integration of industry and education as well as talent development.

Since being elected as the Vice-Chairman Unit of the Shenzhen Biopharmaceutical Industry-Education Alliance, Shenzhen Cell Valley has established a deep partnership with the School of Food and Pharmaceutical Engineering at Shenzhen Polytechnic University.
